I have been coming here for several years and have always had a positive and friendly experience. I recently had the battery replaced on my phone………a few weeks after, I dropped my phone and caused damage to the new battery. My wife's cell phone wasn't charging to 100%. The problem was a setting on the phone. It would have been easy for him to replace the battery and charge for the repair. We would not have known the difference. He took her phone and reset it with an explanation of how this might have happened and did not charge us for his. time.
I had my phone break, bought new supplies and tried fixing my own phone after watching YouTube tutorials, broke it further probably, then it sat on my desk broken for a year. I took it here not expecting much and 3 hours later it works good as new. Now i just need to remember the password.
After my phone stopped taking a charge due to a build up of debris in my charging port I brought it in to the team at cell fix doctor's and within minutes it was cleared and taking a charge again! Im not one to give 5 stars lightly, but i was immensely impressed with the service i received for a repair to my phone. The cost was not inflated and she repaired it in an hour. The knowledge and understanding of repairs i discussed with her as i prefer to do my own where possible was immense. I will be bringing all of my part purchases to them in the future as I can be assured of receiving the best parts possible at the most reasonable prices. Within 24 hours usually.
